The Way We Structure and Deliver Our Courses

Our courses are tailored to client’s needs with a structure that is flexible and designed to match clients’ available time and budget. Nemja produces its own materials and on an as-needed basis can source reputable materials on the open market. We are also able to provide off- and on-site training.

Our Guiding Principles

We pursue the highest quality in all our training intervention by ensuring that our materials are relevant and unit standard aligned; our facilitators are experts in their field and experienced SASSETA, CETA and Mictseta professionals and that our approach to leaning is both visionary and innovative. We subscribe to the South African Constitution and Bill of Rights. We place a high value on diversity of race, language, gender, sexual orientation and culture.

Our Social Responsibility

As part of our commitment to social development, Nemja has initiated its ‘Leaders for the Future’ Youth Development Project, which aims to build leadership capacity of emergent leaders from previously disadvantaged communities.
